Why Counselling?
Counselling and psychotherapy are ways to get unstuck and create change. They provide a space where a person feels heard and understood and where they can speak without feeling judged. By understanding our patterns of behaviour, our unhelpful thoughts and believes, we can begin to reflect on the roots of our problems and begin the process of change.
While counselling looks at the presenting issues and how we deal with them, psychotherapy goes deeper to examine our own internal world and beliefs and seeks to effect a deeper long lasting change.
